In May 2010 I was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. It was one of the most scary and shocking times of my life. Now, over a year later, I am on my way to recovery, thanks to the hard work of the Medical Staff and the great people at the Teenage Cancer Trust.
I have organised this ceilidh to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust so they can continue their work looking after young cancer sufferers. They really helped me, and I want others to benefit too.
We have a really fun night planned, and I hope to see you there!

The Teenage Cancer Trust aims to ensure that every young person with cancer and their family receive the best possible care and professional support. Teenage Cancer Trust knows that young people with cancer respond best when treated in an environment suited to their needs. The National Institute of Clinical Excellence agrees, and has recommended the Teenage Cancer Teenage model as the best for treating young cancer patients ages 13-24 years.
